Rental Policies for FelCher Vacation Houses- Las Vegas

Please carefully read and understand our rental policies for your information and guidance. If you have any question, do not hesitate to contact us.

The Felcher Vacation House Management:

1. Requires a minimum of 3-night stay.

2. Only accept Bank-Transfer, Visa and Master Card Credit cards payments.

3. Requires $500.00 security deposit. Refundable if there are no damages.

4. Charges $200.00 per night during weekdays and $150.00 Cleaning Fee.

5. Requires initial 50% of the rental fee to reserve the dates.

6. Cancellation of reservation will incur 30% cancellation charges.

7. Gate, Garage & Door Codes will be sent a day prior to arrival thru fax or phone.

8. Will not be liable for any losts and/or damages to clients' belonging during the stay.

9. Understand you agree and will not hold Felcher Vacation Management liable for any untoward incidents during your entire stay.
